The staff was very nice and courteous all the time. The service was absolutely spectacular. Free Wi-Fi was working well throughout the property. The location was great, only a 5-minute walk from Somerset Mall.

Very old; bathroom needs some attention: grout in bathroom floor breaking up/loose tiles. Wall/tub surround(side wall) broken/cracked

beds were comfy and staff was so kind and helpful.

the pool wasn't very clean and there was a lot of dust in the room and bathroom.

The furniture in the room was a bit outdated and scuffed up, which took away from the overall aesthetic. Additionally, there were some noise issues during our stay, with loud guests and a barking dog causing disturbances.

My stay at Comfort Inn Somerset Ky during a business trip was really nice. The place was exceptionally clean, the staff were the best and efficient, and I greatly enjoyed my freshly decorated room. The location was excellent, with a short walk to a good area of town, really close to the mall, and also close to the lake.
